I’m Asayil Ghibban — a filmmaker, visual thinker, and storyteller who finds beauty in small moments.
Film is how I translate emotion into movement, light, and sound. Every project I create is an experiment in how images can speak when words can’t.
As a Communication Arts major at UW–Madison, I’ve explored documentary, experimental, and narrative forms, blending technique with intuition. My Saudi roots and international experiences shape the way I see stories — as bridges between cultures and feelings that deserve to be seen, not just told.

Alternative Format Coordinator at McBurney Disability Resource Center
Collaborate with the Accessibility Team to design, film, and edit tutorial videos and digital resources for students and staff. Created clear, engaging content that demonstrates assistive technologies such as Kurzweil 3000, OneNote, and Glean, improving accessibility and inclusion across campus. Responsible for editing, captioning, and ensuring visual clarity to meet ADA and UW accessibility standards.

Worked with SPA’s editorial and production teams to support content creation and media coverage. Assisted in writing, editing, and publishing bilingual news stories while observing professional newsroom workflows. Gained hands-on experience in journalism, media ethics, and digital storytelling within one of Saudi Arabia’s leading news organizations.
